Above are views of one of the two modern and large apartments on the third floor. This apartment has one and one half baths. The master bathroom has a large closet entered through sliding double door mirrors. There is a washer and dryer room on one end which is enclosed by two sliding double door mirrors. These doors also provide a second access to the master bedroom. The beige bathroom fixtures match the rough tiled floor. A full size four person jacuzzi with tanning lights and a tanning platform is also included and depicted in one of the above photos. This bathroom contains a large industrial skylight.

The master bedroom contains a walk in closet large enough to accommodate a double size dresser, built in shoe rack and is multi tiered for maximum use. The ceiling contains a large industrial skylight which is covered by a manually operated drop mirror. One side of the bedroom is natural brick with two large double aluminum windows, one of which opens out to a small balcony and a fire escape.

A second bedroom is located off the main hall and conatins a large closet and a skylight. This apartment also contains an office which could be utilized as a third bedroom.

The above four rooms (including the 1/2 bath and two hall closets) are the only areas having entrance doors.The remaining apartment areas (kitchen, foyer, entertainment and library pit, dining area and family area) are all open and contain multi level carpeted and natural wood flooring and cathedral ceilings.

The kitchen ,off the main hall, has counter tiles with oak trim, double sided cabinets, three undercounter lazy susans ,built in jennaire gas grill, wine rack, built in gas stove with microwave, dishwasher, compactor, disposal, etc.

All walls and ceilings throughout these apartments are plastered and skim coated. Each apartment having its own central heat and air conditioning.
